नई दिल्ली। रेसलर्स यौन उत्पीड़न मामले में आज दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष और बीजेपी सांसद बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को नियमित जमानत दे दी है. उनके साथ ही कुश्ती महासंघ के सहायक सचिव विनोद तोमर सिंह को भी कोर्ट ने जमानत दे दी है. अदालत ने दोनों को 25-25 हजार रुपये के मुचलके पर जमानत दी है.

The court has ordered the Wrestling Federation of India's President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh to not leave the country without permission of the court. The next date of hearing is July 28, 2023, for scrutiny of documents.

कोर्ट ने बृजभूषण शरण सिंह और विनोद तोमर को जमानत देते हुए कई शर्तें भी लगाई हैं. अदालत ने कहा है कि आरोप प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष तौर पर शिकायतकर्ताओं और गवाहों को प्रभावित करने की कोशिश नहीं करेंगे. इसके साथ ही कोर्ट की अनुमति के बिना देश नहीं छोड़ेंगे. मामले में दस्तावेजों की जांच के लिए अब अगली सुनवाई 28 जुलाई 2023 को होगी.
